Leicester Tigers

Leicester Tigers Rugby Club, founded in 1880, is one of the most successful rugby union clubs in the history of English rugby. The club has won a record ten English Premiership titles, two European Rugby Champions Cups, and the Anglo-Welsh Cup a record five times. Leicester Tigers is also one of the few clubs in English rugby to have remained professional throughout its history.

The club has produced numerous international players over the years, including Martin Johnson, Neil Back, and Ben Kay. Their style of play has been based on a strong pack of forwards that dominates the set-piece, with a backline that is able to exploit the space created by the forwards.

The home ground of Leicester Tigers is Welford Road, a stadium that has been their home since 1892. The atmosphere at Welford Road on match days is electric, with passionate fans known as the 'Tigers Army' filling the stadium with noise and color.

In recent years, Leicester Tigers have gone through a period of transition, with new ownership and a focus on rebuilding the squad. Despite this, they remain one of the most respected teams in English rugby and continue to attract top-quality players from around the world.
