Q: Are your prints official club merchandise?

A: The artwork I produce is created in collaboration with the fan base and  independent. As a lifelong sports fan, I am passionate about collaborating with club foundations and charities to raise funds through my print sales. In the event that any of my artwork is mistakenly found to infringe on trademarks or copyrights, I am committed to promptly making the necessary modification to comply with the specific request.

Q: Why don’t you use the official club badges and manufacturer logos within your designs?

A: I am aware that all club badges & manufacturer logos are governed by copyright. All kits therefore feature my exclusively hand painted classic shirts complete with a unique minimalist club badge & manufacturer logo designed by me.

Q: Does my print come with a Certificate Of Authenticity?

A: All genuine Terry Kneeshaw products now come with a Certificate Of Authenticity. Limited edition prints come with a signed & hand numbered certificate, as well as a digital certificate from Verisart, which securely registers your ownership of the piece on the blockchain. Canvas prints come with a digital certificate from Verisart, which securely registers your ownership of the piece on the blockchain.

Q: What does 'Personalised By Terry' mean?

A: This option is only available on A2 Prints. Terry hand draw's a club shirt in the bottom left of the piece, and adds your chosen name, and number. A popular option for gift items. See example below:

 

Q: The print I want is sold out - when will you be getting it back in stock?

A: Once our limited edition A2 prints are sold out, we don't get them back into stock, but the artwork is usually available as an A3 print or a printed canvas.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: For UK mainland deliveries of A3 Framed Prints, A2 Unframed Prints, A2 Framed Prints, and A2 Personalised Prints, the delivery time is within 1-3 working days from the order placement. For all other products, delivery within the mainland UK will take 5-7 working days. If you require your print by a specific date, please contact us at management@terrykneeshaw.com, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Q: Do you deliver outside of the UK?

A: Yes, we do offer international shipping. If you're interested in having a print delivered outside of the UK, please reach out to us at management@terrykneeshaw.com for a quotation. Be advised that international deliveries may be subject to customs charges, which are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any potential fees you might incur.

UK (Mainland) Delivery is £5.00 

Delivery of A2 Prints

UK Mainland orders are shipped within 1 working day from ordering via DPD or DHL, using a next day service. 

*Please allow an extra day for personalised orders*

You will receive a tracking number and delivery window when your order is dispatched.

Please do contact us if you have left it late, and need your print for a specific date. We will do our best to get your print to you on time!

Delivery of Canvas Prints

UK Mainland orders are delivered within 7 working days from ordering, via Fedex. 

You will receive a tracking number and delivery window when your order is dispatched.

International Delivery

International orders are shipped via DPD or UPS and you will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Please be aware you may have to pay a customs charge at your side. These are set by each individual country and are outside of our control, so please check. For international delivery please contact us for a delivery quote.

Please allow 7 - 10 working days for international orders.

Damages

Very occasionally items can be damaged during transit. If this happens, please fill out our online form so that we can collect the damaged item from you and arrange a replacement: Damaged Item Return

Returns

If you are unhappy with your item, please complete our returns form using this link: Returns Request Form

Once the form is completed, please send the item back to us in the original packaging, and in re-saleable condition, within 14 days from receipt of your item.

Once received and approved, we will process your refund.
